Question Custom / Private Name Servers

Hi,

My Server came with 2 IP addresses and 2 name servers.

ns1.dedxx.ispdomain.tld
ns2.dedxx.ispdomain.tld

I wanted my own Name Server, so I created two A records in my main domain name in Plesk Domain DNS Zone and at Domain Registar

ns1.mydomain.tld
ns2.mydomain.tld

Everything is working fine.

But IF I delete ns1.mydomain.tld and ns2.mydomain.tld from Plesk Domain DNS Zone, Server stop responding to ns1.mydomain.tld and ns2.mydomain.tld


These two name servers no where to be found in Plesk Panel

ns1.dedxx.ispdomain.tld
ns2.dedxx.ispdomain.tld

But they are responding fine.

How do you think they have done it?

you should delete all the records you have added and try again
