Question Custom Subscription Report

I'm trying to create an export of subscriptions to contain the following information:
Subscription id, subscription primary domain, subscription template, account id, account name, account email, subscription create date, subscription expiry date, subscription status and system user

Is there somewhere I can get the sql query for the subscription list? I could use that to expand on.
