Customer and Business Manager missing in my panel

Hi there,

I have 2 cloud servers with a german provider (1&1). Both servers have the same Plesk panel (11.5.30), one is on CentOS 5.5, the other is on CentOS 6.

The one with CentOS 5.5. has the Customer & Business Manager, the other server does NOT have it. How can I activate/install it? The provider has no idea and doesn't know why it's not in there.

Please help.
