Question customer user settings

Dear reader,

For some reason one of my customers has a "tab" with name "users" while the same user on a different server does not have this tab. I have no idea how and where I can change the settings (when logged in as admin) of this user so this particular user gets the "users tab" to manage additional users.

In subscription's permissions check that you have enabled "Ability to manage additional user accounts" permission.
