Customers must have on own domain ???

hi,

I got a dedicated server with Plesk. Today I set up a nameserver for it with some complications but at the end it worked. Let's say my domain is mydomain.com and my nameservers are ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com. I need the server to host my customer's websites.

I added a Test-User and remarked, that every user needs an own domain instead of using http://mydomain.com/~username or http://username.mydomain.com.

So my question is: how is it possible to add a user, using something else than an own domain  ??

Hope you understand my problem and you can help me.

With best regards
Tim Lange

anybody there?

a solution is really important for me and my customers...

You have two options Tim.

Either create "web users" under your main account...this would add a /~username webspace after your domain name... or create subdomains for each user you want.

But to only want to create subdomains or web user accounts seems like an unusual thing to want to do with a dedicated server.

Faris.
