Is the cronjob still correct? What exactly can i do here? Thanks for any help and hints!
 
Hello, @AvaDev . If the issue still persists, could you please check the number of emails in the queue:

postqueue -p | wc -l

If there are, please try temporarily disabling the cron job until the queue is cleaned. You might try flushing it using:

postqueue -f

If there aren't many queued emails, what I can suggest is re-installing the Plesk Email Security extension as there might be some missing or corrupted files. If you decide to take this route, please make sure to create a backup:

If the issue continues afterward, I would advise on getting in touch with Plesk support for further investigation.
 
@Sebahat.hadzhi thanks for your feedback. The email queue was empty. I have reinstalled the Plesk Email Security Pro extension including clamav. All settings have been reconfigured via the UI and the Bayes database is empty. The cronjob is now running in the early morning hours. Unfortunately the problem still exists.

The error occurs since the extension update on 13.03.2025 / v1.5.12-5258, but perhaps only in the Pro version, as the bayes training is only available in the Pro version.
 
Thank you for the confirmation and your cooperation, @AvaDev . I forwarded the report to our engineers for further review and this behavior was recognized as a bug identified with ID EXTPLESK-8847. The ETA for the fix release is by the end of the week. At this point, I cannot provide a workaround. Thank you for bringing our attention to the issue.
