Issue Daily Plesk backup gets stucked

New Pleskian
We've a daily scheduled backup configured to make a backup to an FTP location.

We noticed that now isn't passing from 67%. I check it hourly, but it doesn't continues...

What can I do? thanks in advance.

Version: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.24
Server and FTP has enough free space
