database after creating user@% why?!

hello
when a user create a mysql datebase the user has always user@% instead of user@localhost

anyone know where i can change this?

I don't know where/if you can change this default. If you don't want databases to be accessible remotely a workaround would be to block access to the MySQL service with the firewall module.
 
me and other users use remote mysql connect. so i cant close the port...
in plesk 7.5.4 it was @localhost as default. with 8.01 not...strange...
