Plesk 10.4.4, Windows Web Server 2008 R2 - Intel Core i7 64-bit
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Installed SmarterMail, Uninstalled MailEnable. Set SmarterMail as default in Plesk. Installed MailEnable 6.5 - uninstalled SmarterMail. Logged into plesk and presented with options for to select MailServer. MailEnable 6.51 is the only option. Selected this and clicked OK. Presents error:
Error: Set default component failed: defpackagemng failed: The package SmarterMail Server was not installed.
When pressing refresh, no new mail servers are found. It appears that Plesk is not updating the list and therefore I cannot make a choice of the ACTUAL mailserver installed.
ACTUAL RESULT
Infinite loop preventing me from entering plesk panel and gaining access to backups/recovery.
EXPECTED RESULT
Set Mailenable as default Mail Server and progress to plesk.
