New Pleskian
Hi folks!
I have here a Plesk 12 Server with qmail as MTA.

I can sent to gmail and other server emails with and without TLS emails without problems.
But to one client of me, I cannot sent any emails.

I find this in maillog:
deferral: TLS_connect_failed;_connected_to_213.199.154.23./

Does anyone have ideas how to fix this issue!?

Yours,
Peter

Okay more concret:
I do -not- have trouble with all MTAs and with all TLS. Generally TLS with plesk works best.

I can sent to gmail or other MTAs with TLS, with no problem.
Just Exchange Server make problems.

-> I could also not sent any emails to Microsoft customer support during the same fault.
Which was very bad, cause I really needed Bing support....

And NO I not change my MTA. I just want to fix this issue and not setup new MTA!
Maybe install also new administration software eh?

I play a little bit around with:
* /etc/hosts
* FQDN
* /var/qmail/control/me and
* qmail server cert.

I copy a certified Thawte cert to qmail server cert, check double that /etc/hosts, FQDN, /var/qmail/control/me is all the same
and after some time the emails went out of my qmail queue and received the MS Exchange server.
The receiver told me that his MS Exchange server reveived now all of mine emails.
*hurraaaaa*

I dont know what of these parts, fix this TLS MS Exchange issue, cause I am no developer.
But maybe it help someone else.
