PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
- Hi, I created a new customer with a new subscription. Everything worked well. Then I deleted the subscription and create it again (on same domain). Now I can not get into the FTP manager, FTP access, Log, ... It show me only blank page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create new customer with some domain. Then delete this subscription. Create new subscription on same domain.

ACTUAL RESULT
- Blank page

EXPECTED RESULT
- Page when I can work with hosting files and folders.

Can somebody help me with this??
 
Sorry, but I can't reproduce this issue on my test Plesk installation.
Could you please provide more details, logs, error messages, etc?
 
Hi, if I go to File Manager of some domain and it shows me only blank page, this is the only log that changes:

syslog:
Jun 14 08:50:01 ks3094338 CRON[25905]: (psaadm) CMD (/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php /opt/plesk-billing/lib/admin/sbin/runevents.php > /dev/null 2>&1)

The first board with "data MEDIUMBLOB" worked well.
