I have a plesk server 18.0.27 with postfix and devecot
I have a problem with the mail. I have two domains on the same server, one of them has been given the microsoft 365 dns and the mail arrives well and without problem. The problem is the domain first that when it tries to send to the second domain it gives error. As we believe the problem is that since the two domains are on the same server, the domain first does not search outside the server to be able to deliver and to detect that it is on the same server it tries to enter and fails.
You have to see some file or place where you can tell the domain to search first, I think.
