Sitebuilder is separate from Plesk product and it has it's own license key which must be installed directly on your server or through Sitebuilder Control Panel. Demo mode means that Sitebuilder license key is NOT installed. Check documentation for appropriate version of Sitebuilder how can you activate license key trough Sitebuilder Control Panel.
