Detailed report per- email address

Hi,

Please can someone tellme how i would get a detailed report per email address. At the moment the most detailed report you can get on plesk is for the domain itself. My clients are now refusing to pay, because they say that my service (using plesk) doesn't provide them the tools to home-in on which user's PC is at fault, by not providing a report on each user's email bandwidth usage.

Is the a 3rd party software i could use, or is SWsoft going to include this in the next release.
