  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello everyone again! :)

On a new Plesk server we've added a new user and granted him full admin-rights

But when he is logged in, he doesnt see all options as he should to configure (for example: no tools & settings)

Then I have added an additional administrator under tools & settings - now he can see everything as he should

Do you have any ideas or information why it is at it is at the moment? :D
I think thats bad implemented?

Hello, @Goodfred.

It looks like you created "Additional User account" with role "Administrator" which isn't the same as an "Additional Administrator account".
"Additional User" with "Administrator" role has all permissions for websites management, but this account doesn't have full access to Plesk as an "Additional Administrator account".
