• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Directadmin to Plesk migration does not copy users database

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44
Hello Guys,
We recently decided to adopt the use of Plesk in our company and some customers want to migrate from Directadmin to the new Plesk servers.

We are using the "Plesk migrator" tool to do the migration and we are having issues with copying the databases and users for each customer account. The tool correctly copies website data, email accounts and all resources, but does not copy anything related to databases.

We use MariaDB 10.4 or 10.3 on Directadmin servers and MariaDB 10.3 on Plesk servers.

Has anyone experienced a problem like this and can help us understand it?

Hi,
Directadmin using CentOS 7 x64 (without cloudlinux).

"Plesk migrator" completes the operation without any error logs, as if the import actually completed.
