Directory Creation Problem

I tried to create a directory called BusinessFiles in my root directory and it gave me this error...

Unable to create directory /BusinessFiles: Can't set the object (\\?\D:\inetpub\vhosts\xtremeclanhost.com\) owner: (5) Access is denied. at execute C:\PROGRA~1\SWsoft\Plesk/admin/bin/filemng.exe "xtremeclanhost" "mkdir" "-m0755" "D:/inetpub/vhosts/xtremeclanhost.com/BusinessFiles"(RunTime::RunAsUser::run line 280)

why wont it let me create this directory
