Directory path customization

Is it possible to change installation and/or data store path for email & web(www) services during or after installation? I want to move data store of email & web page to another mount point of disk.

its possible to locate the "/var" directory to another disc. as igor said in the other post

Sorry that I post my similiar question on 2 different threads. What I want to know is can I change the email, dns & web data directory per-domain or per-vhost basis in plesk panel 10 for linux?

it could be possible to mount the /var/www/vhosts/yourdomain.tld folder to another drive but i am not shure
