Disable built in backup feature?

I think the subject states it all. How can I, if at all possible, disable access to the built-in Plesk backup features? I've had many catastrophic problems with the built-in backup, and as a result I just whipped up a bash script to do it all for me. But I want to make sure my users can't get to the backup, which has only caused problems. Tks in advance.
