What I'd like to know exactly is how to disable spamassassin for a designated domain so that that domain administrator cannot re-enable it.

cron0

Well, from I know, you could allow the domain to use personal settings. Then, you could set 'hits for required spam' to a huge number, like 100 , for instance. This way, of course, nothing would be caughted as spam.

I don´t know if there´s a way to just disable Spam Assassin for a domain. If there is, I´d like to know how, too.
