disabling ftp access and web file upload for single domain/hosting plan

Hello to all,
I fail to find a simple way to disable completely ftp and web file upload for a single domain/hosting plan: we would like to offer jist web presence builder.

Hi,

/etc/ftpusers contains a list of users you don't want to be able to log in. Place the name in the there and see if it stops the ability to log in.
