Disabling nginx totally, even after restart

You can run through shell:

Code:
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng -s

in order to check if nginx is enabled(not started).

You can disable it using the same command, but instead of -s you can use -d, or -e to enable.

When you disable the nginx on your server through command line, then try to rebuild httpd configuration on your server

Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng --disable
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
