Issue Dispite autoupdates set to false, why do I receive a "Package Update Manager notification"

I have disabled autoupdates during working hours for 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. which reads:
$ plesk bin server_pref --show | grep -i autoupdates
autoupdates: false
autoupdates-third-party: false

Despite that, I received a mail "Package Update Manager notification" at 6 p.m. which reads:

Some problems occurred with the System Updates tool on your server vps800116.ovh.net. Please resolve them manually.

Why do I still have updates despite the settings to false?

Where are you specifying the time telling it not to do auto updates?
