N Nik G Regular Pleskian Staff member Apr 22, 2022 #2 hello @zihniates , you can check DKIM signature by some online service like DKIM record Checker | Test your DKIM record - DMARC Analyzer (i guess dkim selector is default) also please check that there are DNS records default._domainkey.yourdomain and _domainkey.yourdomain exists and resolves nslookup -type=TXT default._domainkey.yourdomain 8.8.8.8 Click to expand... without known domain name future investigation is impossible, so I'd suggest you to reach Plesk technical support, if this is convenient for you.
