• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi, Thank you in advance for your help. I'm new with plesk, so I apologize if the issue is not well described.

Here is the situation. I'm running plesk 8.6 on a codero dedicated server. Until last week I only had one domain/site running. Everything works fine for this domain.

But I just added a second domain to plesk and the DNS for this second domain is not working correctly. When I click to test the DNS zone on the nameserver in plesk I get the following error:

com nameserver = M.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = I.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = C.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = E.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = H.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = F.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = L.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = A.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = B.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = G.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = D.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = K.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
com nameserver = J.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.
*** Error : There is no DNS entry for your domain on this nameserver
*** : or this nameserver functions improperly.

Both domain have the same configuration. And the DNS setting But one dns is working and the other one is not.

My question is, what is causing the problem?

Again, thank you in advance for your help.
