DNS Issue

Hello

We have a domain with all record DNS setting correctly that point so server where is set hosting plan under Plesk

Now, we must change DNS for record MX because mail server is on new server.

We change this on DNS page of domain under Plesk administration.. but not work

We cannot change it on domain registrar so we need to change dns value on config domain under plesk (Domains > *** > DNS)

We have insert a correctly value but DNS keep to be the old value .. ??

Any help ?

if you would like to use remote mail server, you should set correct MX record in plesk->domains->domain name->dns settings
Also please disable mail in plesk->domains->domain name->mail
if the record was not updated, please try to reconfigure dns settings with the following command:
cd %plesk_bin%
dnsmng update domain.com
