DNS problem when ctraet a subdomain

hi
after upgrading plesk from 11.x to 12.x , when i must creat a subdomain, shows the "Error: DNS record already exists."
after this error, the A record of subdomain was maked but the directory not!!!
this error is for all subdomain names.
the subdomains that i was created before upgrading the plesk are working currectly .
any one known what's the problem???

This is going to be a stab in the dark but have you tried running Plesk Reconfigurator? If you haven't yet, run it by remoting into the server. You want to run the reconfigurator on Plesk Services and Plesk Database and see if that helps you. Might need to run some of the other options but those 2 options alone should be enough.
