Issue DNS Server Problem

Hello,

I have a problem that I don't undestand, I have several domains in the same server, and some haven't problems with the dns and other not.

For example this domain tell that dns server is not responding:
https://intodns.com/amingenieria.com

And in this domain it responding without any problem:
https://intodns.com/acysos.com

Can someone help me to understand what happens?

It's strange I have deactivate the DNS in the domain that doesn't work and activate again and all is ok.
