Hello,

I have a problem with my Plesk. My DNS servers are not working. I tried a dig command from another server

dig @109.XXX.3.X thenarbox.com

but I don't get any response but when I use

dig @109.XXX.3.X thenarbox.com +vc

it is works. By TCP is no problem but UDP on port 53 not working. I am using Plesk Firewall and I have enabled Server DNS from anyone. I tried to add rule for port 53 on UDP but still not working.

dig @8.8.8.8 yourdomain.tld

It works. Doesn't seems to be blocked.

Maybe you have an additional firewall in front of your server at your data center? You could configure that firewall in your data center's back office. Maybe UDP 53 is blocked there?
