Resolved does lets encrypt protect roundcube on domain?

The Let's Encrypt extension cannot do that yet directly. It is announced for Q2 2017, though. Currently, you could create a certificate manually using a Let's Encrypt command line utility, then use that certificate for webmail. Another workaround is to create a different subdomain inside a subscription, e.g. "mail.domain.tld", install your own webmail package there. In that case you could easily create and maintain the certificate for it. Or simply wait for the official solution that will hopefully be published this year.
