Domain folder is creating under customers folder

Currently domain folder creates under customers folders but it should create separately Plesk 10 .

Could you please be more specific? What do you mean exactly?

Change in plesk 10, now all sites under the same subscription will create a folder in the root vhost and under another folder in the primary subscription domain vhost dir as well. I spoke with the engineering team as was told this was intended behavior.

Right. It is concept of "webspaces".
