Domain for a Second IP does not work

For a Magento shop I want assign a dedicated IP to a domain. When I choose this second IP in “Subscriptions” --> Change Hosting Settings” and then select this IP under “Tools and Settings --> IP Addresses” as dedicated (or shared too) for this domain, calling the domain results in the Webserver´s default Plesk Page.
The Shopsite is not shown, but was working well with the shared standard IP.
Calling the IP directly with the browser shows the start page of the shop in raw HTML ( no CSS ).
Choosing a link results in a “Not found” page.

Are the DNS records of the domain name resolving to the newly assigned dedicated IP address?

The A-Record values are VM/IP (VM= Virtual Machine ?) an the IP for the domain is the same, i assigned to the domain in Plesk.

Am not sure I understood you well, otherwise the A records of your domain name should have the dedicated IP address and NOT the shared IP.

The A record entry shows the second IP, which is dedicated to the domain in Plesk.
