Domain/IP Issue

Hi

i have a problem if i add a subdomain. Will try to explain:

There is a domain running and accessable via web like domain.com. Now i add a subdomain in same subscription like test.domain.com. If i try to access now this subdomain i will get an error and url is shown like

Ups! Google Chrome konnte test.domain.com.85-25-xxx-x.domain.com nicht finden.

Could anyone help to solve this?

Make sure you have a DNS record for that subdomain name pointed to your server if Plesk is not the one resolving your dns records.
