• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Domain Not Resolving!!!

I don't know why but one of my domains are totally not resolving on the server at all. It is not expired, and nameservers are pointed to the ones created in Plesk but for some odd reason this domain doesn't seem to resolve at all. I cannot even ping it from the server itself. Site preview seems to work. Any help would be wonderful!

FIX

OK, here's the fix:

Click on the Modules link in the left navigation, and then select Firewall. Once in there, click the 'Edit' button, and then click the Activate button. Follow the prompts, and all should be rectified. This assumes that you have not changed the default Plesk firewall rules that they put into this tool.

hmm, I don't know if this is a solution for my problem... the funny thing is that every other domain is functioning fine, its just this particular one!
