Domin Admin Access

Hi,

Our clients are having issues getting in to their domain control panel. The link that they usually go to (i.e. domainname.com/admin) does not work. It goes directly to our server admin access instead on their domain cp access. Any reason why the server is doing this? Our Plesk server is 9.2.1.

Just found out that FTP access doesn't work as well
