This might be a simple question but I can't figure out how to specify being the file called when someone hits the website, instead of using the index.html file, I need it to use index.asp.

    Where can I change this???

a quick way, just delete the default index.html and rename you index.asp to default.asp and your problem its solve. If you want to change the index file, then go to IIS for that web site and change the order and add on the top index.asp.
