YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM

Confirm bug

Hi, @Linulex . Thank you for the report. I was able to replicate the behavior even with English. We have a very similar recent report File Manager list broken and a bug registered under PPPM-15348. I am positive the root cause of the behavior is the same. Nevertheless, I opened an internal report for our team to confirm this will also be fixed in scope of the existing bug.

The behavior was confirmed as a bug identified with ID PPP-71520. The fix will be released along with Plesk Obsidian 17.0.78, which is expected soon. In the meantime, the only workaround we can suggest is to zoom out in your browser until the list properly aligns.

Hi, Jan. Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 was released today with a fix for the bug:

Fixed an issue where File Manager would be rendered incorrectly on devices with small viewports, or when the page was zoomed in significantly. (PPPM-15348)

If you have automatic updates enabled, the same should be installed overnight.

Hello Sebahat.hadzhi

I just installed version 17.0.78 on all our servers and i have no idea what bug PPPM-15348 is or what is was about, but it seems was is a different issue because the bug i reported about the domain view (ID PPP-71520?) is still there.

Kind Regards
Jan

PPP-71520 is supposed to be fixed as well. I will double-check that further with our team. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.

no problem, but it isn't resolved. just tested it again and still everything is under each other.
