• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Dotnetnuke package not installed

Hi There

I am just after a little clarification as I am a bit of a Plesk newbie.

I was under the impression that Plesk 8.6 came with the dotnetnuke package as part of the installation. However, I have installed Plesk and it appears dotnetnuke has not been installed automatically, nor was i asked to install it. I cannot find reference to it anywhere in the installation configuration or in the applications section of the Plesk Control Panel.

I have previously seen dotnetnuke installed with a Plesk 8.1 installation and noted that it was located in the folder Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\MS WSHA. however, it is not in that folder on the 8.6 installation.

How do I go about installing this as an application available to Plesk Control Panel users?

Nevermind. Found the Addons pack for 8.4 in the downloads section once I had created an account. Have now successfully installed all the included apps.
