• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

double emails

One of my accounts is causing Outlook to retrieve double emails for all pop accounts under that domain.

Where would I begin to troubleshoot this?

I'm a *nix dummy (for now) and don't know how to check the logs.

IMP/Horde shows only one email address --- but again, Outlook retrieves a duplicate for every email.

Could someone point me in the right direction, please? :D
 
Did you try any other Mail Client? Like Outlook Express or Netscape Thunderbird ... just to know it is not Outlook.


You could also login via telnet using POP3.

I've tested Outlook Exp. and it didn't happen.

I've double checked my settings in Outlook and they're all fine.

What's interesting is it's happing on both my instance and my wife's instance of Outlook, which makes me believe something is causing Outlook to d/l the headers twice.

I'll keep poking around. Any other ideas?
