Issue Dovecot service(pop3-login) keeps crashing

I have an issue that my dovecot service keeps crashing it does startup again.
So far what I 've done is that I fully removed dovecot and installed it again (with fresh configuration I deleted /etc/dovecot folder) but the issue remains.

Any idea on what is the issue? Plesk is running on ubuntu 18, plesk version: Obsidian 18.0.52
 
We've seen similar reports by other users on our Facebook group. As there is no standard solution I recommend to open a support ticket with https://support.plesk.com, so that an engineer can check and fix the issue directly on your server.

Thank you, I'll try to get support trough a support ticket. And will post followup here if there is an proper solution for this.

Sadly plesk does not support ubuntu 18, and as my server is out of date, I cannot open a support ticket.
Any other way to get support?
