download backup from ftp not work

When attempting to download file from ftp repository to local computer, plesk fails and gives this error message:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'plesk::CurlException'

How to get file downloaded off ftp repository through Plesk?

Usually this issue is caused by insufficient local disk space. Make sure that you have enough disk space in /tmp
