I am having a problem downloading a backup file from a domain account. The backup file appears to create fine and the size is 813 MB in the repository. I them click to download the backup file and it only downloads for a certain amount of time and then says the download is complete, but the file size is 40 - 100 MB. In the event viewer I get the following:
