  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Download via PHP stops after 8 minutes on Plesk 11 Centos 6.3

New Pleskian
Hello guys!

I have a big problem a long time with downloading files. My website is based on PHP and I sell large downloadable files (up to 2 Gb).
On slow connections download stops sometimes at 50% or less or at ~8 minute (file size depending by user bandwidth speed). On high speed internet, there no problems.
Any ideas about what and how to increase this limit??

I changed max_execution_time to 21600 and max_input_time to 10800 but without results.

I use Plesk 11 on Centos 6.3 on dedicated server with 16 Gb RAM and 100 mbps.

Any help is very much appreciated!!!

SergeW,

There are several other HTTP request processing timeouts:
1. Nginx (if reverse proxy is ON)
2. Apache
3. FastCGI (if PHP runs in this mode)
4. PHP

Try to check them all.

Hi Alexey! Thank you so much for your reply!

I'm not a professional in this, can you tell me where to find these variables. I mean in which files, path.. etc.

Thank you in advance!!
