Question Downloading backups

New Pleskian
Ubuntu Parallel Plesk Onyx problem when I download some backup directly from the Plesk some of the processes falling down and my download is canceled automatically, so i need to go again and to start to download again the backup file is 2.48 GB I have few attachments can share with you.
