How can I update my billing information with Plesk??

One of my licenses has expired and I need to update my billing information to reactivate it. (Need to update card)

I have called sales and support only to be sent to another company I have never heard of and then to find out I need to fill out the form. Well ok did that but I have heard nothing back.

All I want to do is pay!!

Wheres the control panel to look at your billing statements? Where is a phone number that I can call and speak to someone that can help? Wheres the love?

We did purchase it through swsoft.com ie plesk.

Finally did get a reply. Was surprised it only took 2 days...

Our issue was resolved though.
