My server runs Plesk 8.1.1. I have one client that has the following problem, no other client's/domains are affected on this server.
The client began receiving "email box full" errors.
The Email Box Size Report showed that there was between 20 and 100MB of email in each users box
The email box limit was set to 14.5 MB for this domain, which explains the errors.
Now the real problem...
Logging in to Webmail, there was only about 1-2MB of email in each user's email box, not the 20-100MB reported by PLESK's email box size report.
Performing maintenance in the webmail to delete old attachments had no effect on the size of the box. (Yes, we waited 24 hours to check the report again.)
The client is using SpamArest. They have set their options to download and delete messages from the server every 5 minutes.
If I can't see the email in webmail and the email client is downloading/deleting the emails, what is taking up all that space?
Where/how can I see the contents of the email box that is showing up on the email box size report?
