Hi All;

My question is about e-mails which have our company users.
After a problem with one of our customer and a office person our manager asked me to get a copy of incoming and outgoing e-mails of everyone in the company. And he also wants to store them in a mail adress eg: [email protected].
i can solve the incoming e-mails but i do not know how to get outgoing e-mails.

There are some points and i could not decide them how to do.

- we have over 60 e-mail accounts, and some other system accounts and some of them have been redirected. Incoming and outgoing mails, so which is teh best store them on server or a 3rd party mail program.?
- we are trying to protect privecy, i do not want to check these mails all time and either someone else, just if we need we are going to check, so how can i protect these e-mail from curious eyes ( also me :rolleyes: )? Can we set two time password eg: i will know first pass, and our manager will know second one. So the system will be unlock...
- and last how can we know the which e-mails belonged who...

i know i asked too much with my bad english...
Thanks for your kind support...
