• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Email Account MIA

I had a mail account set up in Plesk for [email protected], worked fine until yesterday. Then it no longer worked, so I logged into Plesk and saw it had disappeared. I tried to remake it, and I get "That mail name already exists". I checked the /usr/local/psa/qmail/mailnames/domain.com and it's not there.

So, I can't delete it, I can't make it, and from what I see, I can't find it.

What now?

BTW: FreeBSD Plesk 7.5.4

No one has a way to fix this? I rebuilt the config using the mchk utility and I still have a missing email account, but can't remake it. I've also stopped and started qmail, that doesn't help either.
