email account (Roundcube) don`t send emails, check AV to work at emails

About 2 weeks i,(i`m a newbie), have a new V-Server with Plesk 12.

At first,
2 Customer Accounts with their emails are installed.

Yesterday one Customer can`t send emails, displayed no errors ! I checked my settings for this email-account. I Checked the Logfiles, but no Entry for this Time i want to send emails. I read different KB and Threads here, but no Solution(about i have reinstall roundcube too) for these Problem. It`s only one email account is not working to send emails.
My Solution was to make a backup of this emailaccount with plesk backup in the customer account and delete this damage email-adress and make it new. Load up the backup and i see, it works fine. I can send emails ! im happy ;)
But, after the backup,
i have all emails and Folders from the damage email-adress, but no Identities and no Contact`s !
Is this normal or is it a bug in the backup-Programm(email) from Plesk?

At second,

How can i check the parallels Premium Antivirus to work at my email accounts ?
I`m not meen "drweb status", i want to check, which email accounts controls drweb and which attached files check AV at past ?
I know AV is install, but works correctly ?
