Email Attachment issue

I have a client that uses an invoice php script. It sends a pdf attachment to his customers. It appears that there is some problem with the mail after it leaves my server. The emails are not being properly decoded when they get to the client.

I tried to trouble shoot this, but I can not duplicate this. It works fine for me. But sure enough, it is still not working for some people.

Any ideas?
